A GATHERING FOR DUBAI'S AGENCY LEADERS
The best conversations rarely happen in a boardroom. They happen around a table, between people who get it.

Running an agency can be a lonely business. We might compete for the same clients, but we face a lot of the same challenges.
Cashflow. Clients. Talent. Growth. Difficult decisions. All those conversations you're never quite able to have at an industry event.
CANDID brings agency leaders together around one table to speak freely, share perspectives and leave with something useful to take back into their business.
THE CANDID EXPERIENCE
Arrive hungry.
Leave with something
to think about.
02 / THE FORMAT
Private dining, a small curated group of people who understand your business, and conversations that can go wherever they need to.
Agency founders, CEOs, MDs and senior leaders working across The UAE.
Thoughtfully chosen restaurants. Great food, wine and company.
Open, respectful, useful and under the Chatham House Rule. No presentations or pitches.
Perspective, support, new ideas and perhaps opportunities to collaborate.
There's no membership fee. Everyone covers their own dinner. Seats are confirmed individually to create a thoughtful mix around the table.
03 / UPCOMING
Dinners are deliberately small. Interested in joining one? Tell us a little about yourself and we'll be in touch.
04 / PREVIOUS DINNERS
Our first dinner was on 8 October. Real photography from future gatherings will feature here, with guests' permission.
8 October 2026 / Dubai
Our first table brought agency leaders together for conversations about the Dubai market, its challenges and the possibilities ahead.

05 / REQUEST A SEAT
The table is small, but the conversation is open. If you're helping shape Dubai's agency industry, we'd love to hear from you.
